Case study 

He has frequent earache and wax build up. He has previously gone to see GP and was given drops to use on both ears daily but according to the client, these did not seem to help much, if at all. The client hasn’t tried ear candling before and is intrigued to see whether the treatment is able to give relief to the dull ache has has in both ears. On checking, the client’s ears seemed clear on the surface, no broken skin or contraindications to prohibit treatment. The ear canal did seem to have quite a bit of wax in them but nothing outside of normal range. No tenderness when massaging around the ear area. Client mentioned having sinusitis frequently a few years ago, and thinks his ears and nose haven’t recovered fully since that time - though he wasn’t clear on dates, etc. I went through all contraindications with the client to ensure there was nothing that would prohibit the client from experiencing ear candling, but all seemed to be fine. The client also mentioned being a little worried about a flame being so close to his face, so I decided to use a towel with hole in to cover the client and ensure his safety.

I started by relaxing the client using facial massage techniques - held acupressure points around the face but did not use oils at this point because of the client’s aforementioned worry of a flame being so close to his face. I thought it better to save using oils until after the ear candling massage of lymphatics, purely for the client’s peace of mind. Having seen that the client’s ears were clear on both sides, I recommended the client have an ear candling treatment once every two weeks, or more when ears were feeling particularly unbalanced for the next few months. Depending on the client’s reaction to the treatment, if the client gets relief from the ear candling I would recommend once monthly sessions once his earache and wax build up is under control.

I covered the client’s head with a towel, leaving a small hole for the candle to be inserted into the ear. Inserted a standard ear candle into the left ear canal first, making sure that it filled the ear canal. I asked the client if he felt comfortable and then lit the ear candle, using both hands to steady the candle during burning. I then put both hands at the base of the exposed candle to keep the candle steady in the ear. The client said the candle felt nice and warm in his ear and remained silent throughout. When the candle hand burned down to the 2/3s line I removed it from the clients ear and put it out in a glass of cold water. I then gently massaged around the area again before asking the client to turn his head to the right side.

I then repeated this on the right ear. I covered the client’s head with a towel again, leaving a small hole for the candle to be inserted into the ear. Inserted the standard ear candle into the right ear canal first, making sure that it filled the ear canal. I asked the client if he felt comfortable, and readjusted the candle slightly. I then lit the ear candle, using both hands to steady the candle during burning. I then put both hands at the base of the exposed candle to keep the candle steady in the ear. The client said the candle felt okay, slightly warmer than the previous candle. When the candle had burned down to the 2/3s line I removed it from the client’s ear and put it out in a glass of cold water. I then gently massage around the ear area again before asking the client to turn his head to neutral.

I then massaged the client’s face using holistic facial techniques. At this point I introduced the use of orange oil which is good for dry skin and very uplifting for the client - both of which will be helpful to my client. Whilst massaging the client’s face, he asked for a tissue and blew his nose quite hard. He said he felt like a cold was coming on - which may have been his lymphatic drainage waking up to get rid of some of the excess mucous and toxin build up left over from this sinusitis.

I asked the client how he was feeling the day after treatment and he said he was feeling particularly nasal - with head cold symptoms. However, his earache seemed to be subsiding. I will continue to work with this client weekly until the earache is under control. Once balance in both ears has returned, I have recommended the client have a treatment every month to six weeks.

The candles I used in the initial treatment were unscented

One expression of service is the application of spiritual energy to raise the energies in a situation and help bring conditions into alignment with the Plan. This may be termed “esoteric service,” for it is based in a level of consciousness beyond the personality.

The “plan” may be the plan for the planet, for an individual or for all areas in between or beyond. While we may never know completely what the plan is, we can, nonetheless, contribute to its realization. In fact it may be better that we don’t fully know the plan, for we, limited by the physical world, may not be able to grasp it fully and thereby, could distort it. Higher truth can be very fragile in the lower planes. That’s not intended as a slam against well intended servers, only a statement of fact.

Let’s look at it this way. The conditions in the lower planes on this planet are extremely dense and often obscure a clear perception of Spirit. This only means that it takes more growth, effort and development to be an esoteric server. It is a process whereby one gradually increases perception, consciousness and understanding that leads to progressively potent expressions of higher principles. This is nothing more than saying that a businessman with years of experience has greater capability, range and insight than the recent graduate who is starting his first job.

The Plan as we define it is created and exists at the level of the Soul, or higher. Therefore, to comprehend it we have to go to it, rather than bring it down to us. Besides, such plans deal with Spiritual qualities and higher energies, not specific physical events or situations. This is good, for in this kind of service we don’t need to get hung up on specific outcomes. There’s a lot of freedom in this even though it may be uncomfortable to personalities who want to control and mentally understand.

Along with service we emphasize personal growth and development, for this is necessary to prepare one for esoteric service. Such training and development is not needed for everyday service to others, but the actions of everyday service can be greatly enhanced by one with Soul contact and expression. Again this is a matter of degree with increased capability resulting from applied service and personal growth. By the way, specific knowledge of spiritual subjects is irrelevant. Christ Consciousness can manifest through any willing and capable channel. It is the quality of the expression, not the specific form it takes.

One of the great examples of this is Albert Schweitzer, the doctor who served the better part of his life in Africa. His work was obscure and he made a tremendous difference in the lives of those he treated. He sought not fame, nor did he force his beliefs on others. He was an example of selfless service to others. In "Operating Manual for the Aquarian Age," he is cited as an excellent example of Aquarian consciousness, although he would be unfamiliar with the term.

One of the goals of the 6th Ray is the manifestation of faith and devotion and it has produced a “feeling” nature that can align to spirit. On the negative side, it tends to produce excessive emotionalism and fanaticism in the lesser developed life streams. We, as humanity, have now internalized the 6th Ray sufficient for this cycle and it is time to move on. The next cycle, the Aquarian, will emphasize the 7th Ray. This article is oriented to practical application of spiritual truth in everyday living. Those who bring this in are the “exoteric servers” who will manifest the next age through applied action.

Who knows what interesting times lie ahead, but be assured that we are entering a time of tremendous growth. There will be many challenges for all on this beautiful little planet. This period will be an opportunity for unparalleled growth and service - if you go with it. Our goal is to help prepare you, but the ball is in your court. Go for it!

Working with Angels - Case Study

Angel Healing Session mixed with a Angel Guidance & Clairvoyance Reading.

This person is a regular client of mine over the last year and is a Self Employed Business man with high stress levels due to his position. He also suffers a lot of back and Hip pain due to his type of Industry ( nursery man ) and often books Healing Sessions with me. He has a strong belief/Interest In Clairvoyance and Mediumship and Is a regular for Psychic Guidance also. Mr X often chooses to blend the sessions for convenience for himself and also due to time management due to his Business commitments.

Mr X was originally booked today for a quick 20 minute Psychic Clairvoyance session to follow up on some Business advice that he sought past and has now approached the next level so wanted to check In on this. He rang to extend to a Chios &  Crystal Reiki Healing blend due to suffering severe back pain earlier In the week and we decided to try adding the Angel Healing blend to the mix to check the results achievable for him. He loves to try out new Therapies and Is always putting his hand up to try my new additions to the Healing Room.

1pm - Client arrives for his healing clairvoyance session and after greeting we go Into my Healing room/ Reading Office where today we will start with the Angel Healing session/Energy Healing  and follow on with the Clairvoyance/ Psychic Guidance to end the session.  I feel this allows time for relaxing after a healing whilst I read for him.  This has worked well with clients wanting both the In person Healings and Psychic Clairvoyance bookings in one session past. I prefer In person In house bookings to do sessions separately If possible, however for some clients this Is not always a practical or viable option due to time constraints.

I had asked Mr X to write a list down of the areas he most felt help/healing was needed In on the treatment sheet before session and he brings this list with him. For Mr X this list contains more of his personal wishes ( abundance In Business, New Sales Growth, loyal and dependable staff etc ) more so then his healing wishes although he has added health and healing to his list.  We take a seat at reading desk  and I give him some lemon water to sip on as we discuss what he hopes to achieve and what Is on his list . We chat on the issues for around 10 minutes and during this time he tells me he has asked his guides for help, but we will again do this In session ( well now just before ) and then Invoke Arch Angel Michael  to work with us during this Healing Session today.

I am an energy healer so I tend to work with a blend of therapies ( each one varied for every client and their own situations to gain the best results for them ). Mr X is a pretty standard stress case of a self employed Business man  and I normally work with a mix of Chios and Reiki on him and will do the same today with the added guidance, strength and help of Arch Angel Michael.

After discussing his list and how he has been going with his lower back and hip pain since the last visit I ask Michael to take his place on the coach so we can begin the Angelic Energy Healing Session.

The Healing room has already been set up before clients appointment and I have placed some lit scented candles ( white candles lavender scented for relaxation and ambience  ) and I have my basket of selected Crystals placed on the healing table beside the Healing Couch.

To start the session I cleanse the area and call In the Arch Angels to help with this Healing and give them permission to use me as a conduit to channel their healing energies to him in all areas, Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual he has blockages In and/or require healing.

I specifically call on Arch Angel Michael personally for his Healing abilities and again ask him to guide me through this healing and give him permission to use me as a conduit to work for my clients higher good In all areas of health and healing.


I begin by closing my eyes and placing my hands above my client ( who Is laying eyes closed relaxed on the Healing Couch ) and allow the Angels to draw me to the areas they feel need healing. Interestingly I feel drawn strongly to the heart Charkra and I know he has been upset lately about needing to lay off some staff that were under performing but had literally forgotten about this aspect until then as was expecting to be drawn to the hip and lower back area that I know he has been suffering from lately.

Both myself and Mr X feel the energy healing soft buzzing type feel but also sense and feel a loving calm that he is the first to mention and seems to come In strong waves as I move around his Chakras. Most of this healing seems to be guided to the heart chakra but I also feel a strong guidance towards a overall laying of the hands ( running my hands over his entire body at about a 1" height above ) and the energy buzz is quite intense. At times he mentions and laughs about this as he claims It Is stronger then in past healings. I too sense a new energy but to be honest cannot place It entirely past a loving strong calm.

I continue to move around him performing the healing and allowing the angels to work with me and through me at all times by thanking them for their help each step along the way and asking them to continue to work closely with me on this healing ( I do this silently not aloud ).

I end up not using the crystals In this healing as I was not drawn to them by the Angels and for the first time working on my client over the last year or so did not feel drawn to any particular crystal.  It will be interesting to see if the next 2 sessions he has booked will be the same situation or if Crystals will play a role in the Healing again.

The session comes to a close and I offer him some Herbal tea to sip on as he slowly sits up on the coach and re-grounds himself. We have run well over by about 10-15 minutes and I will start his Clairvoyant Reading after giving him about 5 minutes to reground as we discuss how he felt the healing went so far. He Is very happy with the healing so far and says he definitely felt feelings he has not In earlier sessions.

The Tarot is a deck of cards now commonly used in 'fortune telling', or divination. Divination using cards is called cartomancy. The deck consists of four numbered suits like a regular deck of playing cards, and twenty two picture cards numbered one through twenty-two (in some decks, zero through twenty-one).
The cards appeared at roughly the same time as the now-universal 52-card deck, and it is a matter of dispute which came first. The Tarot deck has fourteen cards in each suit, versus thirteen for playing cards; the Tarot 'court cards' include a page along with the knight (knave), queen and king.

The twenty-two picture cards, now called the Major Arcana (the suited cards are the Minor Arcana), were originally permanent trump cards. That is, in a trick-taking game, any picture card would take a trick over a suit-card. They illustrate universal story themes; the Fool is a young man setting off on a journey with a pack slung over his shoulder. He is often depicted not watching where he's going, and about to walk off the edge of a cliff, while a small dog yaps at his heels in warning. Other cards depict concepts rather than people - the wheel of fortune is fate or karma, and the figure of Judgment is justice in all its forms.
The suits have direct analogies to standard playing cards: swords are spades, cups are hearts, pentacles (coins, discs) are diamonds and wands (staves) are clubs.

Uses of Tarot

The use of the Tarot as a tool for telling fortunes is of fairly recent invention, dating back to the end of the eighteenth century. The most familiar deck is the so-called Rider-Waite deck. The designs were by Arthur Waite, a member of the occult society Order of the Golden Dawn, in collaboration with artist Pamela Colman Smith, so the deck is sometimes called the Waite-Smith deck. It was first published by the Rider Company in 1909.
Hundreds of different Tarot decks now exist. Decks that downplay or remove the Christian symbolism are increasingly popular, and some feminist decks significantly downplay the male dominant roles found in traditional decks. Some decks have discarded the suit system altogether and are structured around different themes - animals in a Native American inspired deck, for example.
